Stanley Stinnett is a second generation Home Builder with both of his Grand Fathers building houses as far back as the 1940’s and 1950’s. Stanley grew up on a farm with his father the son of a home builder, Stanley’s Father decided not to build homes and instead chose to be a farmer. Stanley’s Father was heavily involved in his schools FFA program and fulfilled his dream of becoming a farmer right out of high school.

However, Stanley always enjoyed working with wood having also enjoyed his childhood on the farm he was building tree houses and taking wood shop in high school. After marrying his wife and starting a family, Stanley while still in his mid twenty’s built his first house at age twenty five years old, he later went on to build almost twenty houses in seven years while working a full time job.

Stanley, then went full time as a Home Builder and built over 160 homes in the next eighteen years for a total of 180 plus houses in his twenty five year career, Stanley and his wife Denita went through a difficult time in 2008-2009 when the great recession crashed the housing market. They decided to get out of building homes and then bought a Restoration Franchise called Rainbow International Restoration.

After owning Rainbow International of Huntsville for almost eight years and completing over Five hundred Restoration jobs including Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Fire Restoration & Insurance Claims. Stanley wanted a business that would cater to his customer’s needs that may not be an Insurance Claim, but would provide home improvement and maintenance services.

Stanley is currently Licensed as a Residential Remodeling Contractor and holds 10 Certifications in the Restoration Business. He has two Licensed General Contractors on staff for large projects such as rebuilds etc.
